A great class for those interested in pursuing ensemble work, understanding scene writing constructs from a actor?s point of view or those looking to take the leap into starting or performing with professional-level improv and sketch comedy troupes.

We?ll train your funny bone for 8 weeks and teach you how to achieve maximum effect to develop solid characters with effective status and depth, learn storytelling elements and honing group dynamics within a scene, how to make active choices, building upon ideas and scene forwarding tricks of the trade, exploring your mind with the use of imagery to portray an environment as well as live stage performance formats and how to step up to the professional ranks.


Our class instructors are highly qualified working professional comedians with
25+ years combined experience in the comedy & entertainment industries!



Adam White is a 10-year comedy veteran who quickly gained professional work as agents recognized him as a talented comedy writer. Eventually, he moved to Chicago to study comedy writing for TV and improv at the famous Second City training center, Improv Olympic, The Annoyance Theater and screenwriting at the Chicago Film Institute. Adam has appeared on the Bob & Tom radio show and regular joins legendary Emo Phillips on the road as his opening act.

Still touring in clubs around the Midwest, Adam currently resides in Louisville where four years ago he helped revitalize the local stand-up comedy scene with his late night series Louisville Comedy Underground. Adam takes a personal interest in seeing people of all ages and backgrounds learn the joys of standing on stage to make strangers laugh at life.


Jordan Cooper is a 14-year comedy veteran who currently works full-time perfoming stand-up at comedy clubs, colleges, private events and conferences around the country. Originally from New York City, Jordan honed his craft in the top clubs there as an opening act for many top headliners including Dave Attell, Jim Gaffigan, Louis C.K., and Zach Galifianakis. He has also made appearances on NBC, MTV, USA and the Howard Stern radio show.

In addition to stand-up comedy, Jordan is a successful independent marketing consultant with specialties in online business, viral advertising, guerrilla promotions and event planning. He enjoys helping struggling performing artists take their careers to the next level using a solid web presence so their talent may shine through to bigger audiences and get the recognition they deserve.
